Services

The Starter Packages are based on a $9.95 per month fee which is to be paid annually at $119.00 unless other arrangments have been made. The annual fee will be automatically billed each year unless you contact WP Blogs Direct to cancel the service. Your service can be canceled at any time and you will be refunded a prorated amount. Any upgrades to custom design or any other options beyond the Starter Package cannot be refunded. If you cancel within the first year of service, you will prorated the remaining amount minus a $49.99 service fee.

The services provided by WP Blog Direct are for the hosting, domain name, and set up and maintaince of the wordpress blogging platform. The service fee does not incude ownership of the design or wordpress theme unless the custom design option was purchased.

Domain Name

When purchasing a starter package you will be given a domain name of your choice. We cannot guarantee the domain name you choose will be available to use.

Each domain name you get under the Starter Packages will be registered in the name of WP Blogs Direct unless otherwise stated. Your domain name will be renewed by WP Blogs direct on an annual basis. When canceling your service with WP Blog Direct you will be given the opportunity to transfer the domain name with no fee from WP Blogs Direct. When transferring the domain you usually have to purchase another year of service with whoever you are transferring it to. WP Blogs Direct will not be responsible for any transfer fee. If you do not act within 60 days of canceling your services, WP Blogs Direct will retain the rights to your domain name until the annual renewal has expired, at that point, the domain name will be back up for sale by whom ever acts.

Cancellation / Termination
